The Sandpit is a monthly project of Hide and Seek, the UK's first festival of social games and playful experiences. On 21 August, Sandpit brings some of the highlights of the festival to Lighthouse.

Train for the Lost Sport of Olympia, a rediscovered team sport that was played - and banned - by the ancient Greeks. Build up a duplicitous map of your city with Trap Street. Play it cool for Checkpoint: a game of smuggling. Or just grab a stack of paper and help design a game for us to play in September... There'll be sneaking, running, writing, humming, drawing, listening, and more.
